January 26 – 30, 2016 Sculpting Week
Sculpting begins at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 26th with a gun shot start and sculpting ends on Saturday, January 30 at 10:00 a.m. The awards ceremony will be on Saturday, January 30, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 29 is one of the best times to visit. Artists are preparing to stay up all night to do detail work and the atmosphere is celebratory. Why not spend a night or two and catch the whole weekend?
Slip, slide and ride at the 5th annual night mountain bike race.

The competitors will ride into the night for this cross-country race as well as support the education and advocacy efforts of the Cloud City Wheelers.
Celebrating its fifth year, Keystone’s Winter Bluegrass Weekend brings acoustic roots and mountain culture to benefit the Dercum Center. Two nights of stacked concerts star amazing string bands and a lineup to marvel!
Technical Week – Watch how the blocks are built!
The enormous blocks of snow are built in anticipation of the artists arrival so that the blocks have time to settle and compact under their own weight prior to being carved. This allows for a more consistent medium, giving the sculptors the ability to execute their gravity-defying designs.
