36-48″ of snow for I-70 from Denver to Mountains
The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Warning for Denver metro and the I-70 corridor east of the Divide. The storm will become severe on Thursday March 14th leading to impassable conditions and road closures. Snow will continue until early Friday morning. Meteorologists are calling this the biggest storm in three years for Denver and the divide.
Summit Express has cancelled all airport operations for Thursday, March 14th due to forecast road closures.
