One of the easiest positive reviews I've written! Summit Express is AAA+++. Timely pick up, no issues or delays, very comfortable and clean car. Our driver Jeff was not just an excellent in driving the car but also a great tour guide, pointing out the amazing sights along the road. I typically dread the long car rides because I am easily getting car sick, but not this time.

Fast, comfortable and the driver was wonderful. I left my wallet in the van by accident and he brought it to my condo immediately without me even calling.

Our flight arrived a little early. A quick phone call Summit Express was able to change our reservation to put us on the next pickup, instead of waiting another two hours in the airport. We were on our way to our final destination in minutes!

The communication was top notch, which included a reminder text the day before, a phone call from the driver, and this follow up thank you email. In addition, any time I called the office everyone was very courteous & friendly. I'll definitely be recommending your company to others & I will use it again as well.
