This years International Snow Sculpting Championships were amazing! 16 teams from 11 countries fought hard and long to call themselves champions. All teams brought forth some fantastic talent and skill upon the 25-ton blocks of snow. Here are the teams that competed this year to turn the 12 foot tall blocks into some amazing art over 5 days.

Get set for Brewers Rock for Rescue! Head out to the Silverthorne Pavilion for great beer, food, music and more. All proceeds are part of a fundraiser for Summit County Search and Rescue Group. 5:00 PM -9:00 PM
1/27 – Breckenridge
Come check out Sonic Lodge with Frisco Funk Collective + John Truscelli at the Old Masonic Hall in Breckenridge. This show will have you grooving into the night. Enjoy the current exhibition ‘NOISE’ along with this free show starting at 7:00 PM.
1/27-3/31 – Dillon
If you have not made your way over to the Dillon Ice Castle you should absolutely do so before the end of March. This giant castle sculpture is filled with lights and on Friday and Saturday nights, there is also a fire show! It is recommended that tickets are purchased before hand in order to make sure you get to enjoy the fun. Prices and times change depending on the day so head to their website for more information.
1/27 – Copper Mountain
Moonlight Dine + Ski promises to be a very entertaining event with live music, great food options and of course evening skiing! Pricing and a schedule of the event can be found on their website. This unique event is for 12 and up and anyone 21 and up with receive 2 complimentary cocktails. Have fun and ski on!

January 22nd through the 29th, the 28th Annual International Snow Sculpture Championships presented by Breckenridge Brewery and Your Hometown Toyota Stores will be hosted in Breckenridge again this year. Teams from around the world spend a week in Breckenridge creating amazing sculptures out of 20-ton blocks of snow!
This will definitely be a sight to see through out the week. People of all ages can enjoy this spectacular gallery of amazing sculptures and artists.

Join the Town of Breckenridge in their annual Ullr celebration. This year they will be celebrating their 55th Anniversary!
Horned Viking hats will flood the town January 10th through January 13th.
Festivities will include things like breaking a world record for a ski shot as well as a fantastic parade down main street.

Frisco – Check out a free show at The Barkely Ballroom! Frisco Funk Collective will be playing their grooves starting at 9: 00 PM. There will also be special guests as well as a Stevie Wonder Tribute Set at midnight.
Keystone – Come check out the Lakeside Village fireworks AT 9:00 PM and Ski & Ride School’s unforgettable Torchlight Parade at 6:30 PM in River Run Village. This is a sight that cannot be missed! Check out their website for more details.
